NTTR is supported through government and industry members of the TCCC

The goal of the TCCC is to improve the quality of construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of the transportation infrastructure by increasing the knowledge and skills of those responsible for these disciplines. This is achieved through the identification of the core skill competencies required of the highway transportation workforce and the training opportunities that support the development of these competencies. The TCCC matrices provide a framework for organizing these competencies, categorizing existing training opportunities, and identifying where training gaps exist.
